5Convenient and very useable
By keixen454
Very easy to use. The unfolding process is slightly annoying, but is not a problem once you get used to it and wear the scissors in. One-handed opening is not a viable option.

The scissors cut well, even through thick plastic and will open most packages.

I got these scissors for the attached keyring hole, which works as intended.

The handles look to be constructed out of sheet metal, most likely steel or study aluminum.

I highly recommend these scissors as they offer a pretty good legal alternative to a knife for those moments when you need something cut or opened. Stubborn ketchup packets beware!

4Good for the price--
By railroadbridge
Well, these scissors could be more beautiful; it's clear that they were designed to fold together more snugly than they do in fact. But if you're looking to spend one dollar (seriously, folks, one dollar?, one dollar is nothing--) on a pair, you can't go wrong with this one. Also a good buy if you want the hilarious experience of paying four times what a product costs for shipping and handling.

Seriously, though, I was happy with these scissors: they're sharp. They're durable and adorable. Also, they're surprisingly small, so you can take them on the airplane with you if you like to knit on airplanes (because TSA regulations allow them, not because they escape detection, please don't arrest me Dept. of Homeland Security!).

5Getting harder to find
By cute_wife
Love these little folding scissors. I keep one on my key chain and it comes in handy. It also folds up nicely to tuck into a purse, pocket, small first aid kit or small craft bag. I put a pair on a ribbon to wear around my neck when I cross stitch. No more looking for where I put down my scissors! My only complaint is that these little guys are getting harder to find. Walmart used to carry them but no longer.
